Inter-Tel’s EncoreCX is an Integrated Communications Platform designed to control from four to 40 phones. Combining all the features, functionality and reliability of a traditional PBX offering, this scalable system provides for easy upgrade with add-on modules that offer data, Voiceover IP and WLAN, as well as voice mobility options.

4 lines per module to a maximum 20 lines (2 cartridges per module with 2 lines each)
Voice Mail Module
The optional Voice Module provides:
- 2, 4 and 8 port options 40 extension voice boxes
- 10 phantom boxes
- 20 group boxes
- Auto attendant (day/night)
- Customized courtesy greeting
Group Services
Up to 20 extension groups each with 16 extensions: Incoming ringing groups, hunt groups, internal groups
Hunt Group facilities include: Circular, linear and longest idle hunting – log in and out of groups; group diversion – group voice boxes
